About changes to your order
At any time, before you have received our services, you can contact us to request changes. By this, we mean inclusion as well as removal or amount of service. Once we have started providing the service, we are generally unable to make changes; however, we will do our best to accommodate your request upon request and to review if changes can be made.

About cancellations of your order
You, as a customer, can at any time demand the cancellation of your service while it is still in the development period and before your project is completed. Our team in charge will determine, using a pro-rata, the reimbursement of your service, depending on the amount of work that the management professional has done on your task; for example; You have made a request for a Web Development project, where the total of your project is $ 800.00 and request the cancellation before the total project is canceled, in this hypothetical case, we have worked 50% of the requested development, then, you will receive a refund of $ 400.00, which corresponds to the remaining 50% to be developed. In other words, it will be possible to refund your investment in full only if the project has not started. Otherwise, only the percentage of money corresponding to the proportion of the work that our profession has not developed will be returned.

If our professional in charge of your project has completed the assigned work, there will be no refund of your money, only for additional services such as prepaid campaigns that have not been carried out, among others.

About delivery times
We estimate the delivery time during the purchase process based on the historical information of the order. This estimates the time it will take when we assign your project to a professional until it is delivered to you. Since the way we work is only with professionals in the designated areas, the delivery time will be estimated based on the type of project you contract, and you will be informed before the execution of your request begins, where you will have to give us the approval of the delivery period. The lead-time begins to run once the project is assigned to a professional, as there may be delays during the underlying processing of the order. For example, if the information necessary for the essential development of an application, a campaign, or a website has not been provided.

About the quality of our services

About review requests
You can request a review through your order status page within 30 days from the date the project is available to you. The thoughts are free as long as the original material is not being edited. Changes to the source material will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We may be able to edit existing work and charge for additional services not previously requested, but if the changes are substantial, a complete restructuring of your project may be required. About the acceptance of services
